I wish I could say that my past week has been nothing more than daily chores with a sprinkling of basketball. That is far from the case! I managed to sprain my ankle and contract a nasty throat infection all on the same day. So, while I did manage to get in a whole lot of basketball I was sort of laid up when it came to my housework and animal chores. Laying on the couch is about as tolerable as the best acne treatments. You know you have to do it but you really don’t want to! I spent Tuesday and Wednesday laying low and trying my best not to do too much. Wednesday wasn’t so bad because the kids were home from school due to another snow day. Thankfully, I am over the throat infection and my ankle is only a tiny bit sore now. I am finally back to my everyday stuff! Yay!
